1. Services Offered

We provide coaching, therapy, consulting, spiritual guidance, healing activations, and energy work. These services support personal growth, but they are not a substitute for medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.

2. Age Requirement

Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and over. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our website or services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when booking services.

• Use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

• Not engage in any activity that disrupts or harms our business.

4. Booking, Payments & Refunds

• Appointments must be booked in advance. Availability may vary.

• Payment is required in full before receiving services, unless opting for a payment plan (see below and full Refund & Payment Policy)

• Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds (see full Refund & Payment Policy)

• Rescheduling: At least 48 hours is required for rescheduling.

• Missed sessions will not be refunded.

5. Payment Plans

• Commitment to Full Payment: Payment plans are not subscriptions; they are a commitment to pay the full agreed amount for a service, program, or package. By choosing a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments, even if you decide not to complete the program.

• Non-Cancellation Policy: Payment plans cannot be cancelled once initiated. You remain responsible for the full balance, regardless of service completion.

• Missed Payments & Access Restrictions: If a payment is missed or declined, access to ongoing services may be paused until payment is made. Continued failure to pay may result in legal action to recover outstanding balances.

• No Refunds: As per our Refund & Payment Policy, payments made towards a plan are non-refundable.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing services, programs, or products from The Awake Revolution Ltd., you agree that all payments are final and non-refundable as outlined in our Refund Policy.

• You acknowledge that payment plans are not subscriptions and must be completed in full.

• You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or payment provider for any payments made.

• Any attempt to reverse a legitimate charge will be considered a breach of contract and may result in:

  • Immediate termination of access to services or programs.

  • Legal action or debt collection proceedings to recover the outstanding amount.

  • A permanent ban from future services with The Awake Revolution Ltd.

• If you have any concerns regarding a payment, you must contact us at marie@theawakerevolution.com before initiating a dispute.

7. Intellectual Property

All content (text, images, videos, branding, and materials) is owned by The Awake Revolution Ltd. You may not copy, distribute, or modify our content without permission.

8. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

a) No Guaranteed Outcomes

Our coaching, healing, and spiritual guidance are based on intuitive insights and energy work. Results may vary, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes.

b) Not a Replacement for Professional Help

Our services do not replace medical, psychiatric, or legal advice. If you require professional assistance, please consult a licensed / qualified expert.

c) Personal Responsibility

By using our services, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own decisions. We are not liable for the outcomes of any guidance received.

d) No Emergency or Crisis Services

Our services are not intended for emergencies. If you are in crisis, contact emergency services or a mental health professional.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for service interruptions due to unforeseen events (natural disasters, technical failures, strikes, pandemics, etc.).

10. Consumer Rights & Compliance (UK, US, Canada, Australia, Worldwide)

Our policies comply with consumer laws in multiple regions. However, nothing in these terms overrides your legal rights under consumer protection laws in your country.
