How This Works

This is a 3 hour private online session.

Following your session, you will also receive:

• a personalised integration audio

• 3 days of Telegram or Whatsapp voice support (Monday - Friday) for integration, questions or anything that arises as the work continues to unfold

You do not need to know where the journey will take you.

Your soul, higher self, and what is most aligned for you will lead the way, and I (alongside my Divine Team) will support you throughout.

What you need for this online experience:

• Uninterrupted time for the full duration of your session - ideally without needing to rush off immediately afterwards, so you have space to ground and integrate.

• A quiet, comfortable space where you are able to fully relax and lay down (such as a sofa or bed)

• A stable Wi-Fi connection and access to a PC, laptop or tablet. Please note: these sessions are not suitable to be conducted using a mobile phone.

• A wired headset with attached microphone (as shown below). This is essential so I can hear you clearly throughout the session. Unfortunately the session cannot go ahead without this.

• You must be 18 years or over to book this experience.

What happens after you book?

1. Booking Confirmation

After booking, you will receive an automated confirmation email containing:

• your session date and time

• your Zoom link to access the session

2. Preparation Email

Within 24 hours you will receive a personal email from me containing:

• a session preparation checklist

• important reminders and guidance

• a short online questionnaire for you to complete before we meet

This helps me prepare properly and support you in the most aligned way possible.

Frequently asked questions

What if I can’t be hypnotised... or believe I can't be?

This is something many people say before working with me - and most go on to have a beautifully deep experience. Hypnosis is not about being unconscious or out of control. It is a deeply relaxed, focused state of awareness that allows access to your subconscious mind, soul wisdom and deeper inner guidance. All you need to bring is openness, willingness, and a readiness to follow the process. I will guide you throughout. If you know you tend to struggle with relaxation or switching off mentally, you may benefit from listening to guided meditations or relaxation audio beforehand to help you prepare.

Will I definitely access another timeline?

I can never guarantee exactly where your journey will take you. What I can say is that most people do access other timelines, lifetimes, or deeper states of consciousness during this work. If access feels blocked, this usually points to something that is ready to be explored, cleared or understood - and this is something we can work with together on in your session.

What if I can’t connect to my Higher Self... or feel I don't have one?

Everyone has a Higher Self. If connection feels blocked, this usually points to energetic interference, protective patterns, fear, or something within your system that is ready to be addressed. This is exactly why we begin with energetic preparation and clearing before going deeper into the work.

What if I see something uncomfortable or difficult during hypnosis?

You will only be shown what you are genuinely ready to see, process or understand. If deeper or more challenging material arises, I have a range of techniques to ensure that you remain safe, grounded and fully supported throughout. This work is never about reliving trauma. It is about bringing awareness, healing and release - at a pace your system can safely hold. We also leave time at the end of every session for grounding, integration and stabilisation.

Is it safe to do this online?

Yes, absolutely. These sessions are held in a deeply grounded, protected and energetically supported space. I prepare the field carefully at the beginning of every session, ensuring clarity, safety and energetic protection throughout the experience.
